He has launched dozens of internet-projects in the markets of Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and European Union countries such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, the Netherlands, France, Cyprus, and continues to invest in this direction. In the same time, Gennadiy is a senior business manager with more than 20 years’ experience in law, IP rights, business development and consultancy. In 2010, Gennadiy co-founded a law company «Vasyukov, Ostapyuk & Partners» with offices in Ukraine and USA. In 2012, Gennadiy co-founded the International Internet Holding «Universal Commerce Group». The holding includes more than 25 projects in such areas as E-commerce, Price Comparison, Marketplaces, Job, Recruiting, Automotive, Real Estate, Healthcare, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Media and others. Main projects are Aport, Price.ua, Trud.com, Vcene, Modasto. In 2014, Gennadiy co-founded WAYFORPAY. It is the online payment system with 3-D Secure technology that is licensed by the National Bank of Ukraine, National Commission for Financial Markets Regulation and also has the license of the National Bank of the Czech Republic, with a right of electronic money emission. The Company has offices in Ukraine and in EU countries (Latvia and the Czech Republic). In 2018, he has launched a new non-profit project Noblest.org – portal of personnel search for non-profit organizations all over the world. Gennadiy received a PhD in Public Finance and Master of Public Administration and authored the thesis «Provision of Financial Autonomy of Local Self-Government» and 11 research papers. He was rated a candidate master by the Ukrainian Chess Federation and is the prizewinner of Ukrainian judo tournaments.
